Please RSVP 'Yes' only if you will show up for sure and do keep your RSVP updated. To change to a 'No' from a 'Yes' or 'May be', please do it by giving a 24 hours notice for the sake of making reservation accurate for the restaurant and organizing events easier for me; especially for a new group like this.
I am sorry that I will have to remove members from the group who have 3 times of "No Show" without updating the RSVP or informing me, and/or give less than 24 hours notice for such changes. Thank you for your co-operations.
