Details
Meeting Description: He's running the show and will be
sponsoring a contest for $200 cash prizes based on showmanship
and MAINLY VOCALS. If you want to test yourself, this is a
place to do give it a try. Patrick has offered to co-host it so
you'll be greeted and welcomed if I'm late.

"It wasn't bad. I did arrive too late to enter the contest having just come from having some Cinco De Mayo food at the restaurant El Camino in Fremont. There appeared to be a fair mix of people at Dante's and all the people seemed pretty casual but I was nervous for most of it so I didn't feel much like totally introducing myself. Yet I did get a chance at trying to sing that night with the song Champagne Supernova by Oasis while the contest judges were taking a break. I think the performance of the song I sang was kind of so-so because I had an irritated throat (probably from the spicy food I ate earlier) but I think I handled the overall performance well by just trying to do my song as decently as I could manage it. "
